Transgender
An umbrella term for people whose gender identity and/or gender expression differs from the sex they were assigned at birth. The term may include but is not limited to: transsexuals, intersex people, cross-dressers, and other gender-variant people. Transgender people can be female-to-male (FTM) or male-to-female (MTF). Use the descriptive term (transgender, transsexual, cross-dresser, FTM or MTF) preferred by the transgender person. Transgender people may or may not choose to alter their bodies hormonally and/or surgically.1
Fetishism
A paraphilia is a persistent drive toward an unusual sexual practice or social role. Common examples include fetishism, masochism, and transvestism.2
Infantilism
Paraphilic infantilism, if you will excuse the pun, is the urge to be pampered. In some, it is wanting to snuggle close by a maternal or paternal lover's side, as if helpless once again in mommy's/daddy's arms. In others, it is the longing to be literally back in diapers. In still others, it is the delightful humiliation of being just a "Big Baby." Yet others have more of a fetish, a sexual attraction for diapers or other infantile objects. Infantilism is a set of variations with a common theme: Diapers and Babyhood.3
